It is no longer possible with today’s opaque markets for the retail investor to judge a company’s worth. The retail investor has long since left the market.

America’s Retirement Store… John DuPriest and Dan Lempe had the idea. MarketEmerica is bringing America’s Retirement Store to life. The first Beta locations are now open in Loveland, Colorado Springs and Denver.
Sunward Corporation had a vision of selling their buildings outside the US and Canada. We developed a marketing plan to recruit and retain dealers. A unique facet of the program was soliciting potential dealers to compensate Sunward for the rights to sell sunward structures. The compensation was set up as a deposit. As a dealer sold structures and hit specific goals, money was rebated back to the dealers.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars in deposits were brought in on a monthly basis to pay Sunward’s staff of architects and engineers. No need for business loans and expensive venture capital.
Sunward ended up with only dealers that were serious about selling buildings. Today, Sunward structures are being constructed around the globe. Sunward now employs 250 and is a very profitable growing company.

Costa Rica is a wonderful place to visit. Thousands of North Americans are buying second homes and planning their retirement in Costa Rica. Costa Rica decided to develop the northwest pacific coast as a world class tourist destination.
A new regional airport was recently opened in Libera to foster tourist growth. A mere 45 minutes from the airport, Tamarindo Bay offers world class surfing. Real estate developments have sprung up to fulfill the new demand.
Most developments sit there waiting for people to visit. Working with the developer and a ReMax broker, a bold plan was instituted. Reach out and sell properties to people through media outlets in North America.
We brought prospects in to view the properties. Finding prospects these days is not difficult if you know what you are doing. We found a database of individuals that have previously gone sport fishing in Costa Rica. We also worked Radio Stations targeted to affluent retirees in markets such as Boston Minneapolis and Denver.
We have sold out several developments in Tamarindo Bay as well as neighboring Playa Flamingo. A new high rise development at Tamarindo Paradise has already broken ground and will provide hundreds of middle income North Americans a luxury retirement.
